At Mantric, our mission has always been to make skincare personal, effective, and empowering. Our Insider program is an embodiment of this very mission, offering a curated experience designed to meet the unique skincare needs of every individual.
We're writing this journal entry today to share some important updates about our Insider Program and, specifically, the changes we're making to our Insider Welcome Kits.
Since the inception of the program, the Insider Welcome Kits have been an integral part of our welcoming process for the new members of our community. We've been grateful to see the enthusiasm and response to our program, which has been nothing short of overwhelming. However, the high demand has created a challenge to ensure every new Insider gets their tailored Welcome Kit in a timely manner.
To address this and improve our services, effective from July 20, 2023, we will no longer be providing Insider Welcome Kits to new members of our core Insider Program. This decision has been made keeping in mind our commitment to offer personalized and efficient skincare solutions to our Mantric community. We believe it is a step forward in our journey towards fostering a more sustainable, responsive, and effective skincare experience.
- For our existing core Insider members who received our terms acceptance email, you still have an opportunity to claim your Insider Welcome Kit. However, we encourage you to accept these terms by following the instructions provided in the email by August 1, 2023. Post this deadline, you will no longer be eligible to receive your free Insider Welcome Kit.
- For those who haven't received the terms acknowledgement email yet, rest assured that you will have 10 business days to acknowledge upon receipt, beyond which the eligibility for the Welcome Kit will lapse.
- For members of our exclusive Insider X program, we want to reassure you that you will receive your Welcome Kit with your first shipment as promised. Our commitment to providing you with an exceptional skincare experience remains unwavering.
We understand that these changes may come as a surprise, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this transition. Our main goal is to ensure that every member of our community receives the personalized care and attention they deserve, and these changes are a part of that mission.
Remember, Mantric is more than just a skincare brand; we are a community. We believe in empowering everyone to take control of their skincare story. And while our processes may evolve, our core principles and commitment to you remain the same.
